WHAT IS COVERED?
Any manufacturer defects in the material or workmanship of your Vycah gear are covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to consumer use only. The use of a product in a manner it is not intended for will void this warranty.
WHO IS COVERED?
This warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. Proof of purchase must be verified on all warranty claims. This warranty is not transferable. If you received Vycah gear as a gift, you will be required to provide the full name of the original purchaser along with an approximate purchase time frame when making a warranty claim.
HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST?
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
Any problem that is caused by misuse, abuse and/or normal wear and tear is not covered. Snags, stains, discoloration, deterioration or burns are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by acts of nature such as tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fire, moths, etc. are not covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Vycah's gear is designed and built with a balance of weight, comfort, performance, and durability as the goal. While Vycah products do excel in all of these aspects, it is not indestructible. Sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and unexpected falls can push any fabric or clothing type beyond its limit.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM VYCAH:
If the item proves to be defective in workmanship, Vycah will attempt to repair the item. If this is not possible we will replace it with a new item of similar composition and price. If no such item is available, a refund for the full purchase price of the original item will be issued at Vycah discretion.
LIMITATION ON DAMAGES AND DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:
Vycah will repair or replace the product as provided under this Lifetime Warranty. This shall be the only remedy of the consumer. Vycah shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect, and incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty or condition on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
All litigation will be settled in the state of Arkansas.
